Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the website ruvique.co (“Ruvique”, “we”, “us”). Ruvique is a brand of RUBUILD SERVICES, which owns and operates the website. By using Ruvique or buying a plan, you agree to these terms.
1. What Ruvique is
Ruvique is a local business listing website (an online directory). It shows information about lawful, public-facing local businesses, such as cafés, restaurants, bakeries, event organisers, live music venues, workshops, games and activity venues, and day-out venues. Ruvique only publishes information and passes on enquiries. It does not provide, arrange or sell any service offered by a listed business.
2. Who pays Ruvique, and for what
- Visitors: using Ruvique is free. Visitors never pay Ruvique anything.
- Businesses: a basic listing is free. Businesses that want more pay RUBUILD SERVICES a fixed monthly fee for a listing plan, as shown on Plans & pricing. The fee pays for the listing page, the enquiries it brings and a weekly stats report. It does not depend on how many bookings or sales the business gets.
- Ruvique takes no commission on bookings and does not collect or hold money on behalf of any business or visitor.
3. How listings work
- A business asks to be listed by emailing us with its details.
- We check that the business is real and allowed under these terms (see section 6) before anything is published.
- For a paid plan, we send a Razorpay payment link and a GST invoice. The plan starts after payment is confirmed.
- The listing shows the business's name, area, opening hours, prices, photos and any current offer, with a link to its own website or booking page.
- Visitors browse listings, send enquiries to the businesses they choose, or click through to book with the business.
4. Bookings and payments are with the business
Ruvique does not sell tickets, take bookings or collect payments on behalf of any listed business. When you click “Book” or send an enquiry, any booking, payment, refund or service is between you and that business, on its terms. We are not responsible for a business's prices, availability or service, though we try to keep listings accurate and will remove listings that mislead.
5. Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, you agree that we share the details you enter only with the businesses you choose, so they can reply. Don't send enquiries that are false, abusive or spam.
6. What can't be listed
We only list lawful businesses that serve the public, such as food, drink, events, workshops and activities. We do not accept, and will remove without refund, any listing that offers or hints at:
- escort, dating, companionship, adult or sexual services of any kind;
- gambling, betting or lotteries;
- drugs, tobacco or vaping products, weapons, or any goods or services banned or restricted under Indian law;
- anything else that breaks Indian law or Razorpay's list of prohibited businesses.
Venues that serve alcohol may be listed only if they hold a valid licence, and only for visitors of legal drinking age.
7. Plans for businesses
- Our paid products are the listing plans described on Plans & pricing, at the prices shown there in INR, plus GST at 18%.
- You pay in advance through a Razorpay payment link or checkout. A plan starts only after payment is confirmed.
- Monthly plans cover one month from the start date and don't renew automatically.
- Founding prices apply only to the first 50 businesses and are held for 12 months from your first payment, as long as you keep paying each month.
8. Checking businesses
Before a listing goes live, we check that the business is real, that it is allowed under section 6, and that its details (name, address, contact details and, where given, GSTIN) match public or official sources. Some of these checks are done by automated tools. If a business can't be verified automatically, a person on our team reviews it and may ask you for proof, such as a GST certificate, a shop licence or a utility bill. We may refuse or pause a listing until it is verified. If we refuse it, you get a full refund under our Refund Policy.
9. Your listing content
If you list a business, you confirm that you own or run it, or are allowed to act for it, and that your details, prices, photos and offers are accurate and lawful. You give us permission to show this content on Ruvique. We may edit for format or refuse or remove content that is false, misleading, unlawful, infringes someone's rights, or promotes goods or services that section 6 does not allow. If we remove content for breaking these terms, the Refund Policy explains what happens to your payment.
10. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to break security, no fake listings or fake reviews, and nothing that breaks Indian law.
11. Intellectual property
The Ruvique name, logo, design and our own text belong to RUBUILD SERVICES. Content supplied by businesses stays theirs.
12. Liability
We provide Ruvique “as is”. To the extent the law allows, RUBUILD SERVICES is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to a business for any claim is limited to the amount it paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms or our prices. Changes apply from the date shown above and never change the price of a period you have already paid for.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at hello@ruvique.co so we can try to fix the problem. Any dispute is subject to the courts with jurisdiction over the registered address of RUBUILD SERVICES.
