Shipping & Delivery Policy
Ruvique, a brand of RUBUILD SERVICES, sells only digital services: listing plans on the ruvique.co website. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no physical delivery.
How and when services are delivered
- Listing plans: your listing or upgrade goes live on ruvique.co within 2 working days of confirmed payment, receipt of your listing details and a successful business check.
- Weekly stats reports: sent to your registered email address every week while a Starter, Founding Starter or Growth plan is active.
When a service goes live, we email you a confirmation with a link to it, along with your GST invoice.
Where we serve
We currently serve businesses in India, with listings starting in Bengaluru.
Delays
If we can't deliver within these times, we'll tell you by email. If we can't deliver within 7 days of payment, you can ask for a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
